Share Gartex Texprocess India New Delhi 2025 is gearing up to light up the capital city with an expansive, future-focused edition that promises to be a landmark event for the garment, textile manufacturing and denim industry. It is scheduled from 21 – 23 August 2025 at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi. Organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd and MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, the 2025 edition will break a new ground with the introduction of two significant additions – a brand-new LeatherX Pavilion and the Textile Care Forum, aimed at widening the spectrum of the show to include materials and technology for leather apparel and accessories. The evolution of Gartex Texprocess India over the past-decade from initially being focused on garment machinery and manufacturing solutions, the show has now expanded to include knitting, embroidery, digital printing, sewing technologies, trims and accessories and an ever-growing array of software and e-commerce enablers. The upcoming edition will see participation from over 175 exhibitors and 500+ brands, including international companies from China, Japan, Italy, Germany and Singapore. Remarkably, 35% of the exhibitors are first-time participants. Spread across 14,780 sqm, the exhibition will feature several dedicated zones, including:

  • Knowledge Session: Textile Care Forum in association with the Drycleaners and Launderers Association of India This year’s edition brings a fresh dimension to the show floor with the above focused areas. The Textile Care Forum, to be launched in collaboration with the DLAI, will shine a spotlight on laundry and dry-cleaning technologies, with a focus on smart automation and sustainable practices. As the Indian textile care industry modernises, this forum will serve as a vital platform for knowledge exchange and innovation. The integration of smart automation, increased use of synthetic fibers and a global shift towards sustainable production practices are further transforming the landscape. The Textile Care Forum will be held on day two i.e. 22nd August 2025 and will spotlight discussion on how washing and finishing influence a garment’s lifecycle and environmental footprint while staying informed on EPR guidelines, green chemistry and sustainable laundry practices. Meanwhile, the LeatherX Pavilion, making its debut in 2025, will open-up new avenues for collaboration across leather processing, tanning, fashion accessories and footwear industry. According to the IMARC Group observations, India’s textile manufacturing market was valued at USD 128.28 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach USD 190.57 billion by 2033, expanding at a CAGR of 4.15%. India is the one of the world’s top producers of denim fabric with manufacturing capacity touching 1,600mn meters annually according to the Denim Show. The Indian denim jeans market generated a revenue of USD 2,433.5 million in 2024 and is expected to reach USD 3,859.5 million by 2030 and it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8%, according to the Grand View Research.
