Texworld NYC & Apparel Sourcing New York 2025: Over 670 exhibitors deliver global fabric innovation, sustainability, and trend insights
Held from July 23 to 25, 2025, at the Javits Center, the Summer 2025 edition of Texworld New York City and Apparel Sourcing New York City brought together over 5,450 attendees and 674 exhibitors from 22 countries. The event reaffirmed its reputation as one of the largest East Coast sourcing platforms, where global textile suppliers, designers, and sourcing professionals came to connect, collaborate, and discover the latest innovations in fabric, trims, and sustainable materials. This year’s show introduced a dedicated Deadstock Area, highlighting surplus and upcycled fabrics to meet the growing demand for circular sourcing in the fashion industry. Alongside it, the Next-Gen Innovation Hub featured bio-based fibers, low-impact textiles, and cutting-edge eco-solutions—further underlining the industry’s pivot toward responsible sourcing and clean material innovation. A full lineup of educational sessions enriched the experience, with Trend Talks led by agencies such as DONEGER | TOBE and PeclersParis offering deep dives into future consumer behavior and aesthetic directions. Textile Talks focused on critical topics like evolving global trade regulations, European sustainability policies, and sourcing strategies for a more resilient supply chain. The Exhibitor Pitch Area added a dynamic showcase platform for emerging mills and tech innovators, while expert-guided floor tours helped attendees navigate key themes and standout suppliers. International participation was robust. Uzbekistan presented a strong delegation of 24 textile and garment manufacturers aiming to expand their export footprint. Pakistan was represented by nine companies, including six supported by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, showcasing denim and fashion apparel. Major sourcing hubs including China, India, and Bangladesh were also prominently featured. Over three vibrant days, Texworld NYC and Apparel Sourcing NYC offered a vital blend of sourcing, sustainability, and forward-looking design, proving once again to be a key hub for global textile trade and innovation.
