ASEAN Dhaka Committee Celebrates 58th ASEAN Day

Share On 7 August 2025, the ASEAN Dhaka Committee (ADC) celebrated the 58th Anniversary of the founding of ASEAN under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability” at the Royal Thai Embassy, Dhaka. The occasion was graced by diplomats, government officials, business leaders, and friends of ASEAN in Bangladesh. Chief Guest H.E. Mr. Mostofa Sarwar Farooki, Hon’ble Adviser to the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, highlighted ASEAN’s strategic role in fostering peace and inclusive prosperity. Her Excellency Nina P. Cainglet, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Bangladesh, was present at the celebration. President of Bangladesh Philippines Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BPCCI), Humayun Rashid also attended the event and exchanged views with distinguished members of the diplomatic community.
