HAMS Group Signs Landmark OD Development Agreement with My Window & ProEdge

HAMS Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading apparel exporters, has formally signed a milestone agreement with My Window, a premier human resource consulting firm, to launch an ambitious Organization Development (OD) Project aimed at modernizing and strengthening its HR functions.

The project, which will span approximately 15 months, will be implemented by ProEdge, a recognized pioneer in HR development in Bangladesh with proven expertise in over 200 top-tier organizations.

Through this partnership, HAMS aims to drive sustainable growth, enhance organizational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability across the group.

The signing ceremony was held at HAMS Group’s head office in Niketan, Dhaka, in the presence of distinguished leaders, industry peers, and partner organisations.
