Eurofins CPT Bangladesh and BGMEA Explore Strategic Collaboration for Enhancing Product Quality and Sustainability
Eurofins CPT Bangladesh held a productive strategic meeting with the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) at the BGMEA Complex in Dhaka on August 6, 2025. The meeting focused on exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance product quality, promote sustainability, and support technical advancement within Bangladesh’s apparel industry.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Inamul Haq Khan, Acting President (Senior Vice President) of BGMEA, and Mr. Nur Mohammad Amin Rasel, Senior Additional Secretary of The Future Center (TFC). Representing Eurofins CPT Bangladesh were Mr. Dipok Chondra Ghosh, Managing Director; Md. Mainul Hasan, Director – Sales & Business Development; and Sayed Ahmed, HR Business Partner.
The session began with introductions and a brief presentation highlighting Eurofins CPT’s global expertise and locally available services in testing, inspection, certification, and sustainability support tailored to the RMG & footwear sectors.
Inamul Haq Khan, Acting President, BGMEA thanked Eurofins CPT for supporting the industry and encouraged them to provide more vale added services with a competitive price. We need to work together to face the upcoming challenges coming day by day for the industry, he further added.
Dipok Chondra Ghosh, Managing Director, Eurofins CPT expressed his gratitude for the movements for BGMEA for US tariff issue and managing the internal issues of BGMEA listed factories nicely. Eurofins CPT consider Bangladesh as core business market and will extend our services for the industry in a larger scale in the coming days, he further added.

An open discussion followed, where valuable feedback was exchanged, and potential areas for future engagement were identified. Both BGMEA and Eurofins CPT Bangladesh expressed a strong commitment to building a collaborative platform that supports continuous improvement and sustainable growth in the garment industry.
This meeting marks a milestone in forging a long-term partnership between Eurofins CPT Bangladesh, BGMEA, and other industry stakeholders.
