Epyllion Group Corporate HR arranged the quarterly Best Practice Sharing program on January 29, 2025. The event aims to recognize and promote innovative practices across business units, fostering uniform implementation throughout the organization. It also provides a platform for employees to enhance their self-confidence, leadership & presentation, and communication skills while boosting self-confidence.

The program featured presentations from seven representatives across six units, with each sharing innovative projects initiated by their respective HR, Admin, and Compliance departments. Mr. Mohammed Showket Iqbal, General Manager of Corporate HR delivered a speech, encouraging participants and underscoring the importance of such initiatives. Unit heads also shared their insights on the significance of these practices.

During the program, a distinguished panel of judges thoroughly evaluated each presentation, offering a fair and impartial assessment of the participants’ presentation topic. After the final evaluation, three units were recognized for their initiatives. These awards celebrate the value-added initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the Epyllion Group. This recognition enhances healthy competition and drives further improvements across all departments.
