EPL Accessories will invest $8 million in Bepza EZ

EPL (Export Link) Accessories Limited will invest $8 million to set up an accessories manufacturing factory in the Bepza Economic Zone.

The company plans to produce a range of accessories, including foam, carton, ploy, gum tape, and will create employment opportunities for 610 people.

Md Ashraful Kabir, member for investment promotion of the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (Bepza), and Kazi Monowar Hossain, managing director of EPL (Export Link) Accessories, signed a lease agreement in this regard at the Bepza Complex in the capital today.

Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, executive chairman of Bepza, attended the signing programme.

The Bepza executive chairman thanked EPL for investing in the Bepza Economic Zone and assured the company of extending all necessary support for smooth business operations.
