Honourable BGBA Vice President Morshed Alam Attends as Guest of Honour at Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories Show 2025
Honourable Mr. Morshed Alam, Vice President of the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA), attended the inauguration of the 11th Bangladesh Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories Show 2025 as Guest of Honour at the International Convention City Bashundhara.
The four-day international trade show, organised by ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd, brings together nearly 150 overseas and Bangladeshi companies showcasing the latest in yarn, fabrics, and garment accessories for the RMG sector.
The event was attended by Mr. Mohammad Hatem, President of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BKMEA) , as Chief Guest, Kazi Mizanur Rahman, Director of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGMEA) and also by Md. Shahriar, President of the Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGAPMEA)
Speaking at the event, Mr. Morshed Alam highlighted the importance of such platforms in connecting garment manufacturers, exporters, and buying houses with global suppliers, boosting innovation and positioning Bangladesh as a competitive hub for textile sourcing.
The show also features a seminar on “Merchandising 360 – Tools, Trends & Tactics for Career Growth” on 15 August (3:00–5:00 PM), aimed at enhancing skills and career opportunities for aspiring merchandisers.
