A delegation from Bangladesh Army paid a courtesy call on BKMEA   A delegation from Bangladesh Army paid a courtesy call on BKMEA President Mohammad Hatem at the BKMEA Dhaka office today.

The delegation was led by Brigadier General Md. Aminur Rahman, Director, of the Veteran Directorate, Army Headquarters. He believes that the country will benefit if the retired army officers and soldiers can be utilized in the RMG sector.

In addition, various trainings of BKMEA will play a supporting role for capacity building and enhancing their skills for this sector and the role of BKMEA is also important in creating job opportunities for them as well. Their meritorious children could be a valuable asset for this sector if they get proper trainings and cooperation from BKMEA, he added.

BKMEA President said, the talent and discipline of retired army members can play an important role in RMG sector. It is a matter of pride to be able to work for them. Their children can also take this industry to unique heights. BKMEA is always ready to provide any kind of cooperation in this regard, he said at the event.
