
The Indian Hotel Academy (IHA) recently hosted the much-anticipated Buddy Chef Culinary Competition – Eggofest, a dynamic platform for aspiring chefs to showcase their creativity and skills. The competition featured 60 talented participants; each crafting innovative dishes centered around one of the most versatile ingredients – eggs.
The event was judged by an esteemed panel of Executive Chefs from leading hotels, including Chef Sireesh Saxena, Chef Vivek Saggar, Chef Sanjay Agrawal, Chef Rajiv Malhotra, Chef Rajiv Chopra, Chef Sanjeeb Ghatak, Chef Bharat Khemani, Chef Bharat Alagh, Chef Anirudh Sethi, and Chef Kishan Kumar Anand. Their expertise ensured a high standard of competition while offering participants invaluable feedback and insights.
